Our process

Three simple steps to the right solicitor

Finding a solicitor on your own means trawling directories, comparing websites, and hoping the person you call actually specialises in what you need. Australian Legal Concierge takes care of that for you — quickly, confidentially, and at no cost.

  1. 01

Step 1Tell us about your matter

Complete our short online enquiry, or send us an email. Tell us in plain language what has happened or what you need help with. There's no legal jargon required, and there's no charge.

  2. 02

Step 2We match you to the right solicitor

Our team reviews your enquiry and identifies a solicitor in our network whose area of expertise, jurisdiction, and approach fits your situation. We only refer to solicitors with proven specialisation in the relevant area of law.

  3. 03

Step 3You connect directly with the solicitor

The solicitor will get in touch with you directly, usually within one business day. They'll discuss your matter, explain your options, and tell you what (if anything) it would cost to engage them. Whether you proceed is entirely up to you.

For personal injury claimants

If you're a personal injury claimant — there's also financial support available

If your matter involves a personal injury claim, you may also be eligible for support from our plaintiff loan facility — a separate offering provided through a third-party lender, designed specifically for people pursuing a personal injury claim. There is no credit check, no repayments while your claim is on foot, and the loan is only repaid when compensation is received. Just tick the relevant box on your enquiry, or learn more.
